1 Acceptance of Terms

Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

6 Gaming Rules

Obvious Errors

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlboss 8. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to manipulate or influence the outcome of any game or sporting event

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
